All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, which involve immediate ordering, shipping, and customized analysis of laboratory tests, we cannot offer refunds once your order has been processed. This policy is in place because the costs we incur for test ordering and shipping are immediate and non-recoverable.

If your lab sample is invalid or encounters an issue during processing, we will provide a replacement test at no additional cost. We are committed to ensuring a smooth experience as much as possible. Please contact us with any concerns, and we will do our best to assist you.
